Tri 101
TRIATHLON TRAINING 101
UPDATE, FEBRUARY 5, 2010: Coach Tom here. 2009 has been an UNBELIEVABLE year for TRI 101! Our BEST year ever! Every session was sold out!
I wrote a note on the FAQ section for TRI 101 talking about how I am thinking of closing TRI 101 registration due the fact that we have a high % of entrants who need extensive swim help. So if you’re thinking of diving in, LET’S GO! Below is the link for FAQ’s. You should read them!
Registration for Session One, 2010 is now open! Click HERE to register!
Now, you’re probably wondering, “Is this program really for beginners?”
90% of the entrants into all Dallas Athletes programs are beginner, novice, or intermediate athletes looking for help and instruction to achieve a fitness goal. You will find many TRI 101 athletes who run maybe once a week, who have not swam in 10 years, or who haven’t been on a bike in a long time! TRI 101 was created by Dallas Athletes founder and president, Tom Ryan. Tom was voted “Triathlon Coach of the Year” in back-to-back years by Competitor Texas Magazine. He is a four-time Ironman finisher and 20-year triathlete!
For more information, please contact Tom.
Please keep in mind, we can only accept 25 athletes for each class.
For the past five-years, every session has SOLD OUT!
