Goals:

  1. 8 Triathalons during the 2008 Season
  2. Indy Mini Marathon - Completed - 1:56:19
  3. Olympic Distance at Disco and TxMan
  4. River Cities Tri with Dan Jones
  5. Increase core flexibility and strength

Goals:

  1. Help DSU sign-up 100 new members in 2008
  2. Eliminate or significantly reduce my hip and back pain

  1. Complete my 5th Sprint Triathlon in June - DONE! (with a cast on no less)
  2. Complete my second Olympic Triathlon in July
  3. Complete my first half-Ironman in August
  4. Let Tom beat me in ping-pong once. (toughest challenge)

  2. Hotter N Hell - All 100 miles (Never done more than 75 on this ride)
  3. Complete a Marathon (Looking towards the WR marathon-Dec08)
  4. Most Important-find something that i enjoy and can do all year round

Goals:

  1. Keep up with Michele, Deb and Shelly in the Boston Marathon on April 21 - Boston was a blast and I crossed the starting line and the finish line with Michele, Deb and Shelly! I am back on the bike riding three days a week. Might just get that Century after all.
  2. Get back on the bike and do a century this year

Goals:

  1. Run sub 4:00 at Twin Cities Marathon Oct. 5
  2. Run 1:56 or less at The Half in Nov. & WR Half in Dec
  3. Improve RiverCities Tri time by 4 mins. in Aug.
  4. Support at least 10 people to accomplish finishing a marathon

Goals:

  1. 5 minute improvement in River Cities from 2007
  2. At least 4 60 mile rides
  3. Help more kids get involved in fitness
  4. Maintain running through summer, run 13 Labor Day weekend
  5. Be more of an asset to the club

  2. Complete my first half-iron distance triathlon (Effingham, IL - Cutting Edge Half Classic on June 29)
  3. Finish Hotter \’n Hell 100 under 6 hours
  4. Complete my first full iron distance triathlon (Madison, WI - Ironman Wisconsin on Sept 7)
  5. Do a 5K in less than 25 minutes
  6. Do a 10K in less than 1 hour

Goals:

  1. Finish first Ironman (Louisville, 8/31/08)
  2. Run sub 20 min 5k
  3. Help 7 yr old daughter train for her first 1k race! COMPLETED! 7 yr old daughter ran first race and came in 4th place overall! She wants to run everyday now!
  4. Improve strength
  5. Average 19mph on bike during sprint tri
  6. Nail my HR zones

  1. Place in my age-group at the Disco Sprint.
  2. Do Longhorn Tri (1/2 Iron) under 6 hours. Current 1/2 PR is 6:10.

Goals:

  1. Learn to Swim.
  2. Complete my 1st Century at HHH.
  3. Improve my base average speed from 15 mph to 18+ mph.
  4. Complete the year with 1,000 road miles. Last year, I hit only 749 miles as a first year cyclist..
  5. Assemble 1st year team for MS150 Frisco to Fort Worth.
