We are back at it! All group workouts are ROCKIN. We have members getting ready for the Cowtown Marathon. This weekend we are doing the Super Bowl ride to downtown Dallas. Our weekly workouts are HOT! The half Ironman Training program is in Week 14! We are not stopping. TRI 101 begins in two-weeks. Pool school kicks off at the end-of-the-month.
